Sakura, Yamato and Naruto have seen the drawing book of Sai while they are resting. The three are on their way to the hideout of Orochimaru to rescue Sasuke from him.Sai on the other hand was already with Kabuto and Orochimaru in their hideout in Naruto Shippuuden 47. Sai was able to meet Sasuke but was not able to get near him.
